Prevention Policy for COVID-19

At Neet Freak Clothing we are committed to everyone's safety during this period.  As the situation of the COVID-19 evolves we want to make sure all our customers feel safe while placing an order with us at www.neetfreakclothing.com

We are open and shipping orders following all the precautions in order to limit the spread of the virus. We are a small business so one advantage we have is, we have assigned one person to be responsible to dispatch all orders, who is disinfecting the areas constantly, wearing a mask and gloves.

For the time, we expect to encounter some delays on all deliveries.  We are giving a window of 7 to 10 days. Keep in mind once orders are shipped your chosen carrier may have some delays a well. Unfortunately we can't be accounted for any delays once shipped.  We recommend our customers to follow up their shipments with the provided tracking informations to stay up to date with any changes and delays.  Once received your package, we encourage you to take all the needed measurements to disinfect and sanitize your package before bringing it inside your home.
