How do I make a payment?
We’ve made shopping quite easier for you as we support several payment gateways such as Shop Pay, PayPal, After Pay as well as Google Pay.
How fast do you ship?
We offer various shipping methods however, we try to ship most of the items on the same day if you ordered before 2 pm Eastern Time (ET).
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending upon the weight of your order and shipping method you’ve selected.
For domestic orders we ship with USPS and UPS. International orders are the same along with DHL as an option.
You will also amazed to learn that we offer FREE shipping on domestic on all the orders of $100 or more. Enjoy shopping!
Why my order is late?
We’re extremely sorry if you’ve to face any delay in order delivery as it happens very rare that an order shipped from Neet Freak Clothing is late from the promised delivery timeline. You’re advised to immediately inform our customer support if you’re experiencing any delay.
How do I make a return request?
You can make a return request by contacting our support team and they will guide you about the further process. Just make sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging and clean.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a refund policy that lasts for 7 days since you received the order. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
