RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent NeetFreakclothing.com order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. Please allow 7-10 business days to see funds on all credit/debit card refund request.

Full-Price Merchandise: • The full amount will be credited to the original tender if returned within 7 business days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

Sale-Price Merchandise: • The full amount will be credited to the original tender if returned within 7 buisness days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Personalized Items (e.g., Custom orders) cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Making an Exchange requests must be made within 3 business days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 3 business days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in an email to INFO@NEETFREAKCLOTHING.COM. Include a note stating changes in your return package and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges once your return item is received.  Returned items for exchange will be credited to the account. Replacement items that don't equate to account balance will either be left with a balance for smaller lesser priced items or customer will be sent an additional invoice with remaining balance to be paid in full before new item(s) are shipped. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
